Mr. Francis Owusu
4th International President of FGBMFI
Ghana
Francis Owusu is the 4th International President, elected at the International Directors meeting held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, on February 10, 2023. A graduate of the London School of Economics and member of CIMA UK, he serves as Executive Director of Fiesta Hotels & Residences in Ghana. Francis is married to Jennifer, and they are blessed with children.

Rafael Cuestas has been a member of FGBMFI Guatemala since 2000, serving as Chapter President, Secretary of the National Board, and International Director for 18 years. An Industrial Engineer and entrepreneur with vast experience in telecommunications and technology.

Doug Woolley works for JPMorgan Chase & Co. as Vice President, Lead Software Engineer. He has held various leadership positions in FGBMFI since 1991 and earned four university degrees including a Master's in Theology.

Paul was born in Taiwan and established a successful car company before immigrating to the U.S. He has served FGBMFI in various areas since 2005, including as USA National Treasurer and RVP of Asia.
